Basic idea

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings to live happily. We accept human diversity, value people, and conduct business activities in a free and impartial manner without discrimination.

Yamato-Esulon human rights policy

We conduct community-rooted activities on an office basis.

  1. We will comply with national legislation and internationally recognized human rights norms.
  2. We will respect each individual’s personality and character, and will not conduct, nor permit any person to conduct, any discrimination or harassment on the basis of gender, creed, nationality, physical conditions, or any other grounds.
  3. We will prohibit child labor/forced labor.
  4. We will not permit any remark or act leading to moral harassment, such as acts contrary to public order or morality, sexual harassment, and power harassment.
  5. We strive to prevent ourselves from committing or promoting human rights violations.
  6. We respect the lives and communities of indigenous peoples. We will carry out business activities with respect for culture and history unique to the region.

Creating a comfortable workplace

Declaration of Health and Productivity Management

  1. We will actively support and promote employee health management such as health consultations, comprehensive health checkup, and vaccinations
  2. We will manage appropriate working hours (overtime, work on days off, etc.)
  3. All employees will strive to create a healthy work environment that will not give excessive stress
  4. All employees will work together and build healthy relationships to discuss work problems and worries and support each other
  5. We will reduce negative elements and increase positive elements
  6. We will promote club activities that encourage communication and enhance health company-wide
  7. We will maintain a healthy eating habits with health consciousness
  8. We will promote oral care (Good health begins with a healthy mouth) initiatives as a company involved in oral care products
  9. We will be thoughtful so that not only we but also our clients can carry out sound businesses
  10. All employees will be conscious of acting “cheerfully, enjoyably, and vigorously”
